Brownfields Cleanup Revolving Loan Fund
The Brownfields Cleanup Revolving Loan Fund (BCRLF), administered by the Madera County Environmental Health Department and the Madera County Economic Development Commission, will support Madera County's economic development and environmental remediation goals.
The program provides loans to qualifying borrowers to help pay for cleanup of Brownfield sites. The maximum BCRLF loan amount is $425,000 with interest rates fixed at or below the prevailing prime interest rate. The maximum loan term is five years.
